More about the photographs

A friend got me again paranoid about privacy. Have a look at Facebook's terms of usage. Especially the 'User Content Posted on the Site' part is alarming.

Because of this sentence:

'By posting User Content to any part of the Site, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to the Company an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully paid, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, excerpt (in whole or in part) and distribute such User Content for any purpose on or in connection with the Site or the promotion thereof, to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such User Content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing.',

I decided to remove the photos from facebook and put them here instead.

I just don't want to find cups or t-shirts sold with Sofia's picture on them...

To access the photos, just click here and give 'photos' as username and both first names of our daughter (without a space, lowercase letters) as the password. Ask me if you don't know them both.
